Terms of Service
Effective June 23, 2026. These terms explain how SVGFarm works, especially how upstream icon licenses stay respected.
What SVGFarm Provides
SVGFarm helps people search, copy, and fetch SVG icons through the website and MCP. Accounts can configure which icon packs are available to their MCP clients and copy setup instructions for agents such as Codex, Claude, and Cursor.
If SVGFarm charges for access, that charge is for the hosted service, search, account features, MCP access, bandwidth, and related convenience features. It is not a sale of the upstream icon artwork and does not grant extra rights beyond the original icon licenses.
Icon Licenses
Icons are owned by their respective projects and contributors. SVGFarm preserves pack names, source links, and license labels so you can review the license before using an icon.
You are responsible for using each icon under its applicable license. For permissive licenses such as MIT, ISC, Apache-2.0, and similar licenses, this commonly means keeping required copyright, license, attribution, and notice text when you copy, modify, distribute, or ship icons. Some licenses also include patent, trademark, notice-file, or warranty terms. Brand icons may also involve trademark rules separate from copyright.
Do not remove upstream copyright, license, attribution, or notice information where the applicable license requires keeping it. Do not suggest that an icon project sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with your product unless you have separate permission.

Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password, bearer tokens, and MCP client configuration safe. Do not share credentials or tokens with people who should not have access to your account.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the MCP endpoint, scrape in a way that harms reliability, or use SVGFarm to violate laws, third-party rights, or upstream icon license terms.
Availability and Changes
SVGFarm may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Icon packs may be added, removed, renamed, or resynced when upstream projects change or when license, security, or reliability concerns require it.
Disclaimers
SVGFarm is provided as-is. We do not promise that every icon, license label, source link, MCP response, or generated snippet is complete, current, or suitable for your specific use. You should review the upstream license before shipping icons in production or commercial work.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SVGFarm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or upstream icons.
